The goal of this event is to continue Silver Lining Youth Services efforts within the city of Winston-Salem and help increase its ability to deliver services to the youth, strengthen community partnerships with other organizations in the community, helping Silver Lining become a community leader in addressing social and emotional issues faced by teens today.

Who can vote?

Anyone located in, and a legal resident of, the United States can cast their vote(s) for the Ms. Belle and Mr. Beau of the Ball contestant of their choice. To vote online, you must be 18 years of age or older.

will be open at the following times:

How do I vote?

Starting on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 12noon Eastern Time through Friday, April 24th 2020 6pm Eastern Standard Time. To vote, log on to https://silverliningyouthservices.org or www.thepromenadeprom.com and follow the instructions to vote and enter registration details. To register you will need to provide your email address, confirm you are 18 years of age or older, and confirm your acceptance of the voting terms and conditions. After you register, you may select your contestant and purchase as many votes as you desire per contestants at a time where prompted.

If done correctly, you will get a message on your screen. The planning committee reserve the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes for any reason including, but not limited to, any votes from an individual who votes using any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process. Rules and procedures are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Promenade Planning Committee without notice.

How many times can I vote?

You may vote online as many time as you wish per day. The planning committee reserve the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes for any reason, including those votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process. Rules and procedures regarding the voting promotion are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Promenade Planning Committee without notice. No changes will be made to the rules regarding how information collected in the voting promotion — your email address and computer IP address — will be retained, secured, used, or deleted.

How are the votes tabulated?

Committee members will take the total votes from each single voting transaction.

Example: 1 person purchase 10 votes for Ms. Belle using the online voting process and each vote cost $1 then the total cost for that voting activity will cost $10.

How do I find out the results?

The results will be calculated each day on the event and organization website during the 2020 Ms. Belle and Mr. Beau of the Ball Pageant. The final votes will be tallied on Friday, April 24th 2020 at 5pm Eastern Standard time and will be posted on www.thepromenadeprom.com and silverliningyouthservices.org after the event.
